When organisations use Grantel:

Data Controller
The organisation
Determines what data is collected and how it's used.
Data Processor
Grantel
Processes data on the organisation's behalf.
Grantel processes data only to provide its services and does not use organisational data for any independent purpose.

2Data Handling Principles

  • Data is used only for platform operation
  • Access is controlled within the organisation
  • Data is not used for independent purposes
  • Internal access is limited to authorised support and maintenance

3Third-Party Processing

Grantel uses trusted service providers for infrastructure and operations.

These providers process data only as required to deliver their services and do not use it independently.
