These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Grantel platform, including all websites, software applications, and related services provided by Grantel.
By accessing or using Grantel's products or services, you agree to these Terms.
In addition to these Terms, your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
If you are using Grantel on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" or "your" refer to that organisation.
1About Grantel
Grantel is operated by GRANTEL LLP (LLPIN: ACV-8607), registered in India.
Grantel provides software tools that help organisations manage grant pipelines, applications, program delivery, reporting, and related operational data.
Grantel offers paid subscription plans. Revenue is generated through subscriptions to the platform. Grantel does not sell user data.
2Accounts and Eligibility
To use Grantel, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity conducted through your account
- Ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws
If you are using Grantel through an organisational account, your access may be controlled by administrators within your organisation.
3Paid Subscriptions
Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Billing may occur monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.
Subscription fees may include applicable taxes.
Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Changes in Pricing
Grantel may update pricing for future billing periods. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply at the next renewal period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or at Grantel's discretion.
4User Content and Data Ownership
"User Content" refers to any data, documents, text, or information uploaded or created within the Grantel platform.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By using the platform, you grant Grantel a limited license to process and store this content for the purpose of:
- Operating and maintaining the platform
- Providing requested features and services
- Preventing misuse or security threats
- Improving product functionality
This license is limited to providing the service and does not transfer ownership of your data.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.
5Organisation Branding and Logo Usage
With your prior written consent, Grantel may display your organisation's name or logo in a customer listing or on our website. We will not display your logo or name without first asking.
If you have previously given consent and wish to withdraw it, you may request removal at any time by emailing hello@grantel.net.
6Grantel Intellectual Property
Grantel retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, design, trademarks, branding, and other proprietary materials.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Grantel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purposes.
Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Grantel to improve the service without obligation or compensation.
7Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
- Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software without permission
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
8Organisational Accounts
If you access Grantel through an organisation or team account, administrators within that organisation may:
- View information associated with your account
- Modify permissions or access levels
- Suspend or terminate your access
Your use of the platform may also be subject to your organisation's internal policies.
9Service Availability and Changes
Grantel may update, modify, or discontinue certain features of the platform from time to time.
Where reasonably possible, advance notice will be provided before significant changes that may affect your use of the service.
10Termination
Grantel may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your actions create security or legal risks
- Subscription payments remain unpaid
- The platform is misused
Where appropriate, Grantel may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
Grantel provides its services on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
While we strive to maintain reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
12Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Grantel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the service during the previous twelve months.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14Changes to These Terms
Grantel may update these Terms of Service periodically. When updates occur, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the platform after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
